Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Policy:
At Harris County Diagnostic Testing Services, we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional service. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while considering the time and resources allocated for each appointment.

Full Refund: Clients who cancel their appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Clients who cancel within 24-48 hours of the scheduled appointment will receive a partial refund, minus a $50.00 processing fee.

No Refund: Clients who cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment or fail to show up will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

At Harris County Diagnostic Testing Services, we are committed to providing efficient and timely services to all clients. To ensure fairness and optimal scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Guidelines Cancellations with 48+ Hours’ Notice Clients who cancel their appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time will not be charged any cancellation fees. Cancellations within 24-48 Hours Clients who cancel within 24-48 hours of their scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Cancellations within 24 Hours & No-Shows

Clients who cancel less than 24 hours before their appointment or fail to show up will be charged the full appointment fee, as the reserved time and resources cannot be reallocated.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if they provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Notification Requirement: All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via phone or email.

Emergency Considerations: In cases of documented emergencies, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. For any questions or to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our customer service team.
